We’re thrilled to share that we’ve made a significant design improvement to the Pilot Outdoors® Cooler lid. Previously, the lid's design posed challenges for stacking one cooler on top of another and offered a limited surface area. After carefully analyzing feedback and user needs, we’ve implemented a new lid design that:
Increase the surface area for better usability.
Enables easier and more stable stacking for improved storage and transportation.
This design enhancement has been carefully executed to ensure that it does not impact the cooler’s inner measurements or capacity, preserving the same great storage space and functionality you love!
What’s Next?
We’ve updated our molds with the new design and started production. The initial 10 units have been successfully manufactured and tested, marking the beginning of a smoother and more efficient production phase.
